within 30 days of the invoice date informing us of your desire to return an item. Identify the specific item you would like to return and the reason you would like to return it. For unopened items also indicate your preference for a replacement or refund (if replacement, identify the desired replacement item). A Customer Service Representative will email you a Return Authorization Number and personalized return instructions. We cannot accept returns without a valid Return Authorization Number.
Damaged or Defective Items
New compact discs sometimes have debris on them which causes them to skip or not function properly. Before returning a new compact disc that appears to be malfunctioning, try cleaning it first (see our Compact Disc Care page for details). If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date and we will promptly send you a replacement (if only the CD jewel case is damaged, see Damaged Jewel Case below). Be sure to get a Return Authorization Number before returning the item (see Return Procedure above). You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for these replacement shipments.
Unopened Incorrect or Unwanted Items
If you receive an incorrect item from us, you may return it unopened within 30 days of the date of invoice and we will promptly send you the correct replacement item (or issue you a full refund if you perfer). If you receive an unwanted item from us, you may return it unopened within 30 days of the date of invoice and we will promptly issue you a full refund. Refunds can only be issued for unopened items. Be sure to get a Return Authorization Number before returning an incorrect or unwanted item (see Return Procedure above). If there is a price difference between the originally sent item and the replacement item, we will refund or charge you the difference as appropriate. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling changes for these replacement shipments (unless there is a difference in shipping cost between the originally sent and replacement items - in which case we will refund or charge you the difference as appropriate).
Damaged Jewel Case
If a CD jewel case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Send an email to
and let us know you need a replacement jewel case. We'll sent one right out to you.
